Tyre Pressure Monitoring System

A loss of tyre pressure leads to a deviant rotation speed of the wheel concerned. By comparing the wheel speeds a potential tyre deflation is detected. This value-added function permits tyre pressure monitoring without the use of pressure sensors in the tyres.
